This is a Japanese creative kaiseki course where you can enjoy shabu-shabu made with Akaushi beef from Kumamoto Prefecture and refined dishes featuring seasonal ingredients in an elegant presentation.We create visually appealing and creative Japanese dishes using autumn salmon, oysters, carefully selected sashimi, and seasonal vegetables that are in season.All eight dishes will be served on individual plates.This kaiseki (traditional multi-course Japanese) meal is suitable for various occasions such as business dinners, anniversaries, girls' nights out, and group dates.
