This is a creative Japanese kaiseki course where you can enjoy sophisticated dishes with an elegant sprinkling of seasonal ingredients.We will prepare creative Japanese cuisine that is visually appealing, including Akagyu beef and Wakasa-yaki Spanish mackerel, butterbur miso sauce, garland chrysanthemum tofu soup, bluefin tuna and seasonal fish sashimi, and seasonal vegetables.The main dish is "Akagyu beef.There are nine dishes in total, all served on individual plates.This is a kaiseki meal that can be used for a variety of occasions, such as entertaining, business dinners, anniversaries, girls' nights out, and group dates.
