This creative kaiseki course features seasonal ingredients elegantly incorporated into refined dishes.We prepare dishes that are a feast for the senses, including charcoal-grilled Akaushi beef, marinated sardines, clam soup, sashimi of bluefin tuna and seasonal fish, and seasonal vegetables that are in season.The main dish is "Akagyu beef."All 10 dishes will be served on individual plates.This kaiseki (traditional multi-course Japanese) meal is suitable for a variety of occasions, including farewell and welcome parties, business dinners, business meals, anniversaries, girls' nights out, and group dates.
