This creative kaiseki course features seasonal ingredients elegantly incorporated into refined dishes.We prepare dishes that are a feast for the eyes as well as the palate, including Akaushi beef, Wakasa-style grilled hairtail fish, green onion miso sauce, natural sea bream soup, sashimi of bluefin tuna and seasonal fish, and seasonal vegetables that are in season.The main dish is "Akagyu beef.There are nine dishes in total, all served on individual plates.This kaiseki (traditional multi-course Japanese) meal is suitable for a variety of occasions, including farewell and welcome parties, business dinners, business meals, anniversaries, girls' nights out, and group dates.
