This is a creative Japanese kaiseki course where you can enjoy sophisticated dishes with an elegant sprinkling of seasonal ingredients.We use Amakusa Daio, autumn salmon, grouper, crab, and seasonal vegetables to create creative Japanese dishes that are visually appealing.The main dish is "Amakusa Daio Ceramic Grill."All 8 dishes are served on individual plates.This is a kaiseki meal that can be used for a variety of occasions, such as entertaining, business dinners, anniversaries, girls' nights out, and group dates.
