This is a creative Japanese kaiseki course where you can enjoy sophisticated dishes with an elegant sprinkling of seasonal ingredients.We use Akaushi beef, splendid alfonsino, silver cod, bluefin tuna, and seasonal vegetables to create creative Japanese cuisine that is visually appealing as well.The main dish is Akagyu beef shabu-shabu.There are 8 dishes in total, all served on individual plates.This is a kaiseki meal that can be used for a variety of occasions, such as entertaining, business dinners, anniversaries, girls' nights out, and group dates.
