This is a creative Japanese kaiseki course where you can enjoy sophisticated dishes with an elegant sprinkling of seasonal ingredients.We prepare creative Japanese cuisine that is visually appealing, including Akagyu beef, grilled rockfish with rape blossoms, crab gratin in an apple casserole, sashimi of bluefin tuna and other seasonal fish, and seasonal vegetables.The main dish is "Akagyu beef.There are 8 dishes in total, all served on individual plates.This is a kaiseki meal that can be used for a variety of occasions, such as entertaining, business dinners, anniversaries, girls' nights out, and group dates.
