This is a creative Japanese kaiseki course where you can enjoy sophisticated dishes with an elegant sprinkling of seasonal ingredients.We use Akaushi beef, flounder, Spanish mackerel, Pacific saury, and seasonal vegetables to create creative Japanese cuisine that is visually appealing.The main dish is roasted red beef.There are 8 dishes in total, all served on individual plates.This is a kaiseki meal that can be used for a variety of occasions, such as entertaining, business dinners, anniversaries, girls' nights out, and group dates.
