This creative kaiseki course features refined dishes that elegantly incorporate ingredients from Kumamoto Prefecture.We create visually appealing dishes featuring Akaushi beef grilled on a ceramic plate, cherry tomatoes, Higo red eggplant, local fish sashimi, and seasonal vegetables that are in season.The main dish is "Akagyu beef."All 10 dishes will be served on individual plates.This kaiseki (traditional multi-course Japanese) meal is suitable for a variety of occasions, including farewell and welcome parties, business dinners, business meals, anniversaries, girls' nights out, and group dates.
